Lines, stops and how to get from one point to another.
The city, in a conversation.
TuCiudad is the conversational layer by Internal·IA for public administrations and destinations. It lets a person ask in natural language while the system queries official information, dynamic sources and connected tools before answering.
The conversation is the interface. The sources and systems remain those of the organisation.
Four steps between the question and the answer.
Text, voice or location.
Intent, context and rules.
Authorised sources and systems.
Contextual information, an action, or human handover where appropriate.
Scope is configured per deployment, according to the sources and services available.
Lines, stops and how to get from one point to another.
Where to park and under what conditions, based on available information.
Access, closures and traffic disruption during an event.
What is on today, where and at what time.
Procedures, opening hours and citizen service points.
Content validated by the city council itself as the reference source.
The answer was not written in advance. TuCiudad queries the car park source at the moment the question is asked and returns the free spaces in each area, each with its map link.
Car park occupancy query during the Málaga Fair.

Integration and recurrence
Second year, with Málaga City Council
The next step is taking that same logic beyond a single event and connecting it to the services each city decides to prioritise.
With information related to mobility, parking, EMT buses, Metro, events and other services. Running 24/7, in several languages and with voice message support.
More than half
of dynamic queries were about real-time parking availability
TuFerIA is a use case scoped to the fair, not a full municipal deployment.
Six steps, from the use case to the evolution of the service.
An event, a service or a support area with proven demand.
Volume, topics asked about, recurrence and what goes unresolved.
Connect the sources that add value to that case.
Extend to new areas using what the previous one taught you.
The channel removes friction; the connected architecture is what determines what can be resolved.
The channel where everyday conversation already happens.
Spoken messages, useful on the move and for accessibility.
No menus, no commands: people just ask.
